Q: How long should my order take to arrive?

A: If you live in the UK and have chosen 1st Class at the checkout, give it 3 working days before shouting at us. If you've chosen 2nd Class, please allow 5 working days.

Q: Do you provide refunds?

A: If you're not happy with your item, we'll provide a refund so long as the item has not been worn or washed and the tags have not been removed.
